Before implementation can begin there must be an evaluation process. Every system is different; every project has different needs. Database Design/Build
Different businesses have different requirements and with this (often ignored) fact in mind, it is essential that the database you will be using speaks your language! By that we mean, for information storage, retrieval, reporting and distribution purposes we will ensure that your database fields are customised with your company's terminology and processes in mind. Your database will be designed and built with direct input from your team's key individuals - the people in whose interest it is to work with an efficient and useful database system.
Data Transfer/Migration
If you have any existing/legacy data that would be useful in your new database system, we can advise and assist with the appropriate measures necessary to ensure a smooth migration The result? Less post-implementation productivity time is spent on data clean-up work or working with data that is no longer useful.
Technical Installation and Configuration
Anyone can install a piece of software these days since manufacturers provide simple to follow on-screen wizards. What is not provided is a bank of knowledge on not just the product, but more importantly, the varying working environments that the product will reside within. Our technical consultants ensure that the new database system is installed appropriately within your specific working environment, and finely tuned for optimal performance, ensuring that your team's productivity is helped and not hindered.
