The flagship component of this release is the all-new interactive Dashboard. This sleek, modern Dashboard brings ACT data to life and provides users with a comprehensive view of important activity and opportunity information, while providing managers with a roll-up for all team members to better gauge performance status.
In addition, opportunity enhancements provide users with quick access to more comprehensive opportunity information and provide managers with more accurate reports. Group and Company improvements enable teams to better track and retrieve information while allowing administrators to keep information more secure across teams of users.
You’ll also receive all the great features introduced with the prior release, including direct integration with Microsoft® Outlook® e-mail, automatic Outlook Calendar sync, last e-mail communication field, split-panel note preview, advanced keyword search, field level security required by teams, and more.
Plus, ACT is now compatible with Office 2007 and Windows Vista™.
