• Internet connection
• 150 MB of free hard disk space

• 512 MB of RAM, Recommended: 1GB

  For larger ACT databases, we recommend a 2.3GHz machine with 1GB of RAM

Mobile Device Requirements

• BlackBerry® devices recommended to be running OS 4.0 or higher**
• Pocket PC and Treo devices running Windows Mobile 5 or 6
• Please contact us if you have a need for Handheld Contact on a mobile device other than a BlackBerry®
• Handheld Contact works with most wireless carriers. Please download the Trial Version of Handheld Contact to test connectivity or contact us to find out if your carrier is supported.
• ** Handheld Contact does not support older model BlackBerry® devices such as the 950, 957, 850, 857.
