We believe in the ‘hands on’ approach to training, and link this with real life scenarios relevant to delegates on each bespoke course. Our courses are not set in stone and we pride ourselves on our flexibility in adapting to each customer’s unique learning requirements. Although we do provide set courses, our aim is to provide tailored training services which evolve around your own projects, user requirements and data structure.
All of our training is based at your site and is backed up with constant interaction between trainer and delegates. Each module taught is carefully broken down and explained in our training manuals distributed to all delegates on the training day.
ACT Course List:
- ACT by Sage / Premium Introductory - Designed for delegates who are completely new to Contact Management and database concepts, this course teaches the basic functions and principles of the software from a user perspective. The course also instils a solid basis for the correct usage of the functionality within the software and pinpoints key areas within the database itself.
- ACT by Sage / Premium Administrator - This is a non technical course aimed to take the database administrator through the additional functionality necessary to maintain and ensure the efficient running of the system. On completion of this course the administrator will confidently be able to provide in-house support to the system users.
- Upgrade to ACT by Sage 2007/ Premium 2007 - Designed for users who are already familiar with ACT and want to upgrade to this version.
